Future Modern Architecture Lecture Series
The continuing education lecture series we have been holding at Cooper Union each semester since 2002 is now in summer recess. Cooper is readying to build their new Tom Mayne building, and to do so, the demolition of the Hewitt building will start soon, necessitating a cut-back in non-essential courses. We are now in meetings with other institutions to determine where we will place our very popular series in the fall, and will keep you posted via this site.
Each semester, this lecture series features 8 practicing architects and engineers, speaking on cutting-edge subjects of keen importance to practicing professionals in the field. Each lecture is 2 hours and the course bears 16 AIA/CES accredited HSW Learning Units.
